About The Project:

This project started as a straightforward update, focusing on maintaining the existing layout while being mindful of the budget. However, as it evolved, the client's requirements shifted. They decided to incorporate a shower for potential out-of-town guests, transforming this simple “refresh” into a full reconfiguration.

Our Favorite Part:

The blend of rich, saturated green alongside soft, muted shades of white and beige makes this bathroom stand out.

But the real work took place during the space planning phase. In order to incorporate a new shower area, we had to carefully redesign the layout, taking into account the surrounding space. By utilizing a small area from the adjacent garage, we successfully repositioned the sink and toilet, creating a new spacious shower area.

Now, our client can comfortably host out-of-town guests with their own private bathroom. Plus, the addition of a shower increases the home's value, should they choose to sell in the future. It's a win-win situation!
